Felicia became the president of the Career and Technical Association of New Jersey on July 1, 2021. She kicks off with a July 15th event for Arts, Media, and Entertainment CTE programs with the help of the Association for Career and Technical Education and Allison Frenzel, a leader in California's AME programming.   • Saturday, July 24th at 12noon (EDT) as a part of the panel for "Secondary Theatre Teachers of Color Share Discoveries, Challenges, and Successes"
  • Sunday, July 25th at 2:30 PM (EDT) as the session chair for "Building a CTE Theatre Program: Connecting Students and Professionalism"

Felicia directed a scene for the Ritz Theatre Company called "Fair Trade" written by Randy Petersen, an old friend of Felicia's late mentor Mark Hallen. "Fair Trade" was one of several short plays that made up The Diner Plays.
